How does it work?

Just pick your subscription box, then each month we will send you a carefully curated box right to your door. Sign up easily and cancel anytime!


What will be in my box?

Each month will include a different selection of lashes and make up items, the quantities and styles will depend on which box you selected!

 

How do I access my account?

Your account access can either be accessed on our Account page or through our customer service team :) The majority of customers should follow the link on the Account page that says “LOGIN HERE". If this is the first time you are signing into your account on our new website then you will have to Sign Up and Create An Account. Please use the same email address that you used when you set up your account (wherever you receive email confirmations from us) and then your order information should all appear after you finish creating an account and login! 

If you pay for your subscription with PayPal and subscribed before 4/28/2022, then we will have to manually update your account for you because PayPal does not allow us to migrate your info to our new site. If you’d like to upgrade to our new account page then check out the next FAQ! 

I pay with PayPal and signed up before 4/28/2022, how do I create a new account?

The quickest way is to reach out to us at help@lashybox.com and we can take you through the easy steps to get an account set up on our new site (and keep all the perks of your old account!) 


When will I get my box?

If you order your first box after the 7th of the month, it will ship right away. If you order before the 7th of the month, it will be delivered by the 15th of the month. After that, your box will be delivered by the 15th of each month


When will I be charged?

If you order your first box after the 7th of the month, you will be charged right away. If you order before the 7th of the month, you will be charged on the 7th. After that, you will be charged on the 7th of each month.


Which month’s box will I receive?

When you order a box, you will receive the box from the month that you placed your order. 

What if I want a previous month's box?

Once a month has passed, the boxes from that month are no longer available for subscription. However, we do feature some of the most popular items from previous months boxes in our pop up shop. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when our pop up shop is open. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel, make changes or swap a box in your account on our website. Click ACCOUNT in our menu to access your subscription. 

How do I swap my subscription box?

How do I add another item to my order?

You can add additional boxes or items from our essentials collection by navigation to your ACCOUNT in the menu on our homepage. 

How do I change my credit card information or my shipping address?

You can update those by navigating to your ACCOUNT in the menu of our homepage. 

My Box arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Send us an email at help@lashybox.coml and our customer care team will figure out a solution right away!
